Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy before completing your reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

For cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival, no cancellation fee applies, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

No-Show

In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged (100% of the total reservation amount).

Early Departure

If you decide to leave the villa before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights. The full reservation amount will be charged.

Important Information

The cancellation terms apply to all reservations and all room types for stays between 10 April 2027 and 10 November 2027.
